How do I use SECURE10?
Add items to your cart, then enter SECURE10 in the Promo code box on the cart or checkout page. It takes 10% off eligible items before tax. Gift cards and memberships are excluded.
How fast do orders ship?
Within one business day from Cincinnati, Ohio. Standard delivery takes 3 to 5 business days, express 2, and next-day 1 if you order by 1 PM Eastern time.
Is checkout secure?
Our site uses an encrypted (HTTPS) connection, and card payments are handled by our payment provider, so we never see or store your full card number.
How do returns work?
Contact us within 30 days of delivery for a prepaid label on eligible items. Refunds go back to your original payment method.
When do digital codes and gift cards arrive?
By email, usually within minutes of checkout.

Not yet. We ship to all 50 states, DC and APO/FPO addresses.
